Thank you for choosing Smart Furniture & Décor! We are dedicated to making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping policy:
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option ensures your furniture is delivered safely to your doorstep within the estimated timeframe.
- Local Delivery (White Glove Service): For an additional fee, you can choose our white glove service, where our team will deliver and set up your furniture in the room of your choice. They will also remove any packaging materials, leaving your space ready to use. Please note, this option is available in select areas.
- Store Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your order in person, choose the store pickup option during checkout. We’ll have your order ready for pickup at our designated location (usually within 24 hours).
Please note that optional assembly of flat-pack furniture is not included with either standard shipping, local delivery, or store pickup.
Shipping Rates:
We offer the following shipping rates:
- Orders between $0 and $49 – Free shipping
- Orders from $50 to $298 – $19.99 shipping fee
- Orders over $299 – $99 shipping fee
Local delivery (White Glove Service) charges are calculated based on your location.
Delivery Timeframes: We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, shipping method, and location. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can track its progress. For local deliveries, we may contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery time and keep you updated.
Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we only ship within Canada. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working towards offering international shipping soon.
All pallet deliveries (e.g., sofa beds, sectionals, armchairs) to residential addresses require scheduled appointments with a tailgate service for efficient delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items: While we take great care to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, accidents can occur during transit. If your order is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue, whether through a replacement, refund, or repair.
